Most repairs are completed the same day or within 24 hours.

Our flat rate computer repair is $99 and that covers the cost of the repair regardless of what's wrong. Parts are not included in the $99. If your repair is to change by a penny we stop and call you first.

Yes we stock a full line of Dell laptops and desktops. We also offer industry leading custom builds that are hand built by our technicians to suit your needs and can be built to specification. We also carry a full line of accessories and peripherals

Please check if other wireless devices are connecting to the internet such as another laptop or smart TV or streaming box such as Roku, fire stick etc. If other devices are connecting without issue then the computer with the problem is the culprit. You can always try power cycling your modem and router and waiting about 10 minutes to see if the problem is corrected. If your still having issues bring the equipment in for a free diagnosis. We can also come on site for a service call!

Currently the only two supported operating systems are Windows 10 and 11, however we recommended all customers to upgrade and stay on windows 10 as Windows 11 is still having some issues.
